If the work requires a closer look, we’ll arrange a site visit at a convenient time. This allows us to properly assess the installation, discuss your requirements, and identify any safety or compliance considerations.

We provide honest advice and explain any recommended work clearly, without unnecessary jargon or pressure.

Following the assessment, we provide a clear quotation outlining the work to be carried out. Our pricing is transparent, with no hidden costs, and includes everything needed to complete the job safely and correctly.

Once the work is agreed, we’ll attend site as arranged and carry out the installation safely and professionally. We follow safe isolation procedures and work to current electrical standards on every job.

We take care to work neatly, minimise disruption, and respect your property at all times.

All relevant electrical testing is completed before the job is signed off to confirm the installation is safe and functioning correctly.

Where required, the appropriate certification is issued, including Electrical Installation Certificates (EIC), Minor Works Certificates, or Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR). Certificates are provided promptly for your records.

Once the work is complete, we ensure the area is left clean and tidy. We’ll talk you through the work carried out, confirm everything is operating as expected, and answer any questions you may have.
